# Northstar Digital — Website Refresh Statement of Work

## Project Summary

Northstar Digital will refresh the client website, migrate the top twenty service pages, and configure analytics events for lead form submissions and booking requests.

## Payment Terms

A 40% deposit is required before kickoff. The second invoice is due after homepage approval. Final payment is due within 15 days after launch approval.

## Customer Responsibilities

Before kickoff, the client must provide brand assets, CMS administrator access, analytics access, and one executive sponsor for approvals. Delays in providing these items may shift the launch date.

## Scope Commitments

Northstar will deliver one homepage concept, up to three interior page templates, analytics event configuration, and launch support for five business days after go-live.

## Exclusions

Paid media setup, copywriting for net-new service pages, CRM migration, and custom application development are excluded unless added through a change order.

## Support Escalation

Launch-blocking support issues should be escalated to the project lead immediately. Non-urgent support issues should be reviewed within two business days.

## Renewal Terms

This SOW does not automatically renew. Additional support requires a separate written agreement.
