Forge is for approved business documents and evidence-backed knowledge workflows. These rules protect customers, source data, and the service.
Allowed
- ✓ Use only documents you are authorized to process.
- ✓ Use non-sensitive, synthetic, public, or explicitly approved low-risk business documents.
- ✓ Review generated artifacts and evidence before relying on outputs.
- ✓ Report security, privacy, or cross-workspace data concerns immediately.
Not allowed
- ✕ Regulated or highly sensitive data without written approval.
- ✕ HIPAA/PHI, payment-card data, government IDs, legal privilege, trade secrets, or highly confidential material.
- ✕ Malware, exploit payloads, credential dumps, or abuse testing without prior approval.
- ✕ Attempts to access, infer, mutate, export, or delete another workspace’s data.
- ✕ Automated high-volume use intended to bypass plan limits or service protections.
AppAssist may revoke access, enforce plan limits, or remove abusive or unsafe content to protect customers and the service.
