Common issues
Upload failed
Check the file type, file size, and whether the document is text-based and approved for Forge.
Processing failed
Tell us which document failed, what the app showed, and whether retry or cancel was available.
Evidence or review issue
Share the knowledge item, field name, evidence quote, and what looked wrong or unclear.
Access issue
Share the account email and whether you were signing in, requesting access, or opening an existing workspace.
Deletion request
You can delete documents from their detail page. For account or workspace deletion, contact support with the account email and deletion scope.
