Import credit packs
Use credit packs for one-time imports, large backfills, long manuals, large tables, or combined files. Monthly credits are used first; purchased credits are used after monthly credits, earliest expiration first, and expire after 12 months. No surprise automatic overage billing: jobs reserve credits before processing, consume credits only after successful Knowledge output, and release reservations when queued jobs are canceled or fail before useful output.

Knowledge credits are based on extracted document size and sections, not raw file count: one normal business document usually uses 1 credit, while large files, combined files, long manuals, and large tables may use more. Upgrade for more monthly Knowledge credits, Google Drive imports, full exports, higher upload/file/job limits, and workspace history features where supported. Plan limits help keep processing predictable as your workspace grows. Subscriptions and import packs are processed securely through Stripe. Your credits update after payment is confirmed.
