Forge terms of use
Use Forge with approved business documents you are authorized to process, and review outputs before relying on them.
Access
Forge may be offered through self-serve, invite, or approved workspace access depending on availability and plan. AppAssist may approve, deny, pause, revoke, or change access to protect customers and the service.
No sensitive or regulated data
Do not upload regulated, highly sensitive, privileged, payment-card, government-ID, health, trade-secret, or highly confidential material unless AppAssist has explicitly approved that data handling path in writing.
User responsibilities
Only use Forge with source material you are authorized to process. You are responsible for reviewing generated knowledge and evidence before relying on it or sharing it with another system.
Service limitations
Forge may be unavailable, incomplete, rate-limited, plan-limited, or changed. Enterprise SSO, inherited connector ACL enforcement, OCR/scanned-PDF support, custom compliance commitments, and managed document-vault guarantees require separate written agreement.
Exports and downstream use
Exports help you use reviewed, evidence-backed knowledge in business review, AI assistants and search. You remain responsible for how exported data is stored, shared, or used downstream.
Support and termination
Report issues through Forge support. AppAssist may remove content, delete unsafe or abusive workspaces, revoke access, or terminate service use to protect customers and the service.
